Restaurant objektiv
In October 2023, Objektiv Mat & Bar will open our restaurant in Gothenburg with a menu based on Swedish cuisine and a fantastic drinks list that complements your meal perfectly. We will open for breakfast and lunch in October and for evening service when we get a license. Objektiv is located in Hasselbladska huset in central Gothenburg Hasselblad had camera production in the neighborhood until 2004 when they moved to Lindholmen. The interior has a decor of light Swedish pine and classic material choices along with pictures from the Hasselblad era.
Dishes that reflect the best of Swedish flavors are on our menu. From classics to modern interpretations with an innovative twist, each meal is a taste journey through Swedish traditions.
